30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return if you decide it’s not a perfect fit for your needs.
Return Eligibility Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required to complete your return.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the problem and work swiftly to correct it. If your product arrives damaged, please send us a video or photo proof as soon as possible.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original item using our return process. Then, place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for items lost due to incorrect address details provided during checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages We do not issue refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered but are reported as lost or stolen. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier to report the issue.
